I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Senator Cassidy for his dedicated efforts to improve healthcare in our nation. The introduction of the Treat and Reduce Obesity Act (TROA) is a commendable step forward in addressing the issue of obesity in our country.

If the TROA becomes law, it could lead to positive changes in our healthcare policy. By passing this bill, Congress would update old rules that currently prevent Medicare from covering specific treatments for obesity. Additionally, it would make it easier for individuals to access therapy aimed at helping with obesity.
