This morning the United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in United States v Texas & Louisiana – a major case involving the Biden Administration’s refusal to deport criminal aliens.
“This case is about public safety; the law is clear, and the President should follow it,” said Attorney General Jeff Landry. “The Biden Administration does not get to pick and choose which dangerous criminal aliens they want to deport.”
