He may not be the most famous Joe from Delaware, but he MATTERS! It highlights how Joe Biden lied about being on the side of working class people and uses his own words to show how out of touch the Democratic President is. At one point, our narrator (Average Joe) describes having his air conditioner go out, his truck needing new tires, and not being able to do anything about it because “I just got laid off.”
