"I SUPPORTED THE PRESIDENT." The Louisiana democrats' standard-bearer, Rep. John Bel Edwards, doubled down on his support for the liberal democrat policies of President Obama.

In supporting government funding for Planned Parenthood, John Bel Edwards used the abortion industry's often repeated, yet untrue narrative about the nature of the abortion provider's services. The fact is Planned Parenthood is currently building a $4.2 million, 8,000 square foot abortion clinic in New Orleans and does not own nor operate a single mammogram machine in the state of Louisiana.
